Magnetic attachments with three-strand chain
The magnet attachment with a three-strand chain is one of the most frequently used solutions. This system offers excellent flexibility and lets you pick up uneven material easily. The magnet can be positioned flexibly by using three chains combined with a single link.

Magnet attachment with mounting mandrel for use with gripper
For special lifting work where a rigid connection between the carrier and magnet is required, we recommend our mounting thorn. This system is specially designed to pick up load-lifting magnets with an existing gripper. The thorn enables a quick pick-up and ensures maximum safety thanks to a special safety chain.
Benefits of a mounting mandrel:
- Quick connection: The magnet is attached without dismantling the gripper, which saves time.
- Positioning option: The magnet follows all movements of the gripper to ensure precise positioning.
- Secure attachment: The mushroom-shaped holder is reliably attached to the back of the magnet via screw connections.
- Simple retrofitting: The mandrel can be retrofitted to almost all magnets.
Magnetic attachments with rotary device
Another highlight of our product range is the magnetic mounting with rotary device. This system enables excellent endless rotation as a 360-degree movement. Advantage: By rotating the load, you can position it exactly where you need it.
Benefits of the rotating device:
- Precise load positioning: Facilitates work in special applications, e.g. when loading and unloading wagons or trucks.
- Magnet rotation through 360 degrees: Perfect control over the magnet’s movement.
- Simple installation thanks to screw connections: The rotary actuator can be attached to the magnets back easily by using screws that ensure a firm connection.
Magnet with intermediate plate and single chains
For applications where uniform loads need to be lifted, we offer the magnetic attachment with an intermediate plate and three single chains. This solution reduces chain rotation and is ideal for precise lifting operations.
Benefits of the intermediate plate with single chains

- Less chain rotation: Compared to standard chains, the chains’ rotation is significantly reduced, which increases stability.

Magnet with intermediate plate and single chains combined with a rotating device
If you need maximum flexibility and precision, combining an intermediate plate and a rotary device is the best solution. It not only allows you to lift uneven loads but also offers excellent freedom of movement thanks to the 360-degree rotation of the magnet.

- Reduced chain rotation: Thanks to the intermediate plate, the chain’s rotation is minimized.

Magnet with quick coupler and adapter plate
This solution is excellent for maximum precision and working with quick couplers. It enables loads to be lifted and offers the option of engaging directly with the ground, thanks to its rigidity. You can also fit the magnet with additional teeth to achieve maximum impact.
